Terms & Conditions — tk1971

To register an account with tk1971 and use our services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the tk1971 platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Use of the platform by corporations, partnerships, or on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

Each player may hold only one registered account with tk1971. If tk1971 discovers that a player holds more than one account, the Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or transactions, and forfeit any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. tk1971 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You must notify tk1971 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tk1971 may suspend your account pending investigation if a security breach is reported or suspected.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords or reuse passwords from other websites.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.

tk1971 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status and will be communicated to you via your account dashboard.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk1971 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the express written consent of tk1971.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, tk1971 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tk1971 platform or any of its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to internet connectivity outside the Company's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to secure your account credentials.
• Decisions made in connection with any bet or wager placed on the platform, including outcomes of games or sporting events.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

tk1971's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk1971 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
